Mother Hunger
Group

Build Connection and Understanding around attachment wounding from mom.

For adult daughters who feel lonely, disconnected and long to feel seen, heard, and understood around the pain of their relationship or lack thereof with mom.

When you have experienced Mother Hunger® you may struggle with relationships, addictions, and/or difficulties with food.

Mother Hunger is a term coined by Kelly McDaniel, author of Mother Hunger: How Adult Daughters Can Understand and Heal from Lost Nurturance, Protection, and Guidance.

Mother Hunger Support
Group

After completing the Mother Hunger® Psychoeducational Group, you may crave continued community with other women who understand the pain of Mother Hunger. Having a community to hold and contain your experiences can be a beneficial addition to doing some kind of individual work with a provider. We cannot heal in isolation and often need the support of others.

Pregnancy
dialogues
Group

For expecting parents who feel excited, nervous, and a bit overwhelmed about adjusting to having a new baby at home. Feel more prepared, relaxed, and connected to your baby prior to their arrival.

As you expect a new baby at home, there can be a lot of doubts, worries, and concerns. You may worry about postpartum depression, anxiety, or other postpartum challenges. Additionally, you may lack the support you need as you get ready to welcome your new baby into the world.

Pregnancy Dialogues is a supportive group for expecting parents. You don’t need anything “wrong” to participate. It is meant to set you up for the best outcomes for your family. It is a nonclinical group for pregnant mamas and partners to explore topics around family, partner and infant relationships before, during, and after a new baby enters the family.
