In the past, women leaned on the wisdom of older generations to guide them through these stages. Today, many navigate the transition from maiden to motherhood without that vital support. My 1:1 coaching offers the guidance and reassurance you need during this journey. I empower you to be fully informed about your options, helping you approach motherhood with confidence, peace, and trust in your inner wisdom.

Sleep is foundational to the physical, emotional, and cognitive well-being of both parents and babies, making it a critical component of a healthy family dynamic. I offer holistic, responsive sleep coaching that does not involve any form of cry-it-out. My approach is informed by ancestral wisdom, is evidence-based, and helps mamas to follow their innate intuition around mothering.
Cost: $120/45-60 minutes — packages available upon request, includes WhatsApp or Voxer support

Understanding Mother Hunger® and how it has impacted you is foundational to healing. Often times it impacts adult daughters in ways that are difficult to describe. You struggle with frozen grief, an apology ache, and pathological hope. These are terms Kelly McDaniel uses to describe why our healing gets stuck. Together, we can begin to unpack the deep wound of Mother Hunger®, help you to feel supported, and figure out the life you want to create for yourself. Women who are going through various life stages with kids (pregnancy, birth, postpartum, early motherhood) are particularly vulnerable to the effects of Mother Hunger. New mamas need to be held by someone who understands how these wounds impact you. My approach is informed by somatic techniques, parts work, and imagery.
Cost: $250/hr

The support for new mothers in the United States is abysmal. As moms, we are expected to bounce right back to work or taking full care of multiple children alone, with virtually no help or support. My approach is holistic and pulls from eastern traditions, encouraging a resting period postpartum, eating nutrient dense meals, and keeping mama and baby together. I help mamas form close attachment bonds with their new babies. This approach is especially important for women with Mother Hunger or those lacking support. It can often prevent postpartum mood and anxiety challenges.

0-3 years old is a particularly challenging time of motherhood. Many find spending slow time with babies “boring” or toddlers to be challenging. Often times our children are like mirrors reflecting back to us our own unhealed wounds and challenges. They reawaken our unprocessed, proverbal trauma. If we are brave enough to look in the mirror and face ourselves, we see what needs to change. When we deal with ourselves first, our children’s issues or our capacity to understand them shifts dramatically. My approach is attachment focused and body-based. 0-3 years is the most critical period of brain development in a child’s life. Supporting them during this time sets them up for the rest of their lives.

Many women fear birth and seek to find ways to lessen the pain. The truth is our bodies are made to birth and many of us carry unconscious messages that we’ve absorbed throughout life that cause us to expect birth to be painful. What if it doesn’t have to be? Our bodies are strong, but our minds need to be stronger! I work with women to prepare their minds for birth. A change in perspective and how things are perceived, creates a world of difference. Informed by hypnosis, I help women have blissful and even pain free births. Customized affirmations and imagery recordings available upon request.
Cost: $100/30 minutes, $150/45 minutes, $200/hr*
